Applies to: member discounts, the launch offer, thank-you offers, the No BS Reward Board, free community access through a partner exchange, and future giveaways, run by Kyren Cater Consultancy F.Z.E.

1. Terminal Pro member discounts

Terminal Pro is USD 99 a month. Yearly, everyone pays 12% less than twelve monthly payments: USD 1,045.44 instead of USD 1,188. Community members, including the Free tier, get a lasting discount while their community membership is active:

Yearly discounts are off twelve monthly payments (USD 1,188) and include the 12% everyone gets. They don't add to it. Checkout shows your exact price before you pay. If your community membership ends or changes, your discount changes from your next Pro renewal.

2. The launch offer: 40% off your first month

• Who: anyone buying Terminal Pro monthly for the first time: you have never had Pro, and you haven't used a launch or thank-you offer. One offer per person.
• What: 40% off your first month of Terminal Pro monthly. It isn't available on yearly plans. It replaces your member discount for that first month; the two don't combine.
• When: for 30 days from the day the offer opens. We announce the date, and checkout shows when the offer ends.
• After: from the second month, you pay your normal price, including any member discount. Checkout shows this before you pay.

3. The thank-you offer for community members

• Who: members on our 9 September 2026 community roster who hold a verified paid community membership (Essential, Analyst or Strategic), and who have never had Pro or used a launch offer. One offer per member.
• What: either of two plans:
  • Terminal Pro monthly, with free months (currently two);
  • Terminal Pro yearly, with the first year at twelve months for the price of ten. That is ten months of your normal member yearly price: USD 742.50 for Essential, USD 673.20 for Analyst and USD 544.50 for Strategic members.
  • Checkout shows the details before you pay.
• One launch offer each: a member can use the thank-you offer or the 40% first month, never both.
• When: in the same 30-day launch window as the 40% offer.
• After: when the free months end, or after the first year, your plan renews at your normal price, including your member discount, unless you cancel first. Your confirmation email shows when the free months end and your first charge.
• Free months have no cash value and can't be transferred.

4. The No BS Reward Board

Who can take part.

• You must be 18 or over, and have an account with us.
• You must have opened your exchange account on BTCC, Bitunix or Phemex through our link, and given us your exchange UID.
• You must not live in a restricted country (Terms of Service, section 10: the UAE, the UK, the EU and EEA, the US, and sanctioned countries). By taking part, you confirm you don't. We may check.

What it is. A monthly reward based on your trading volume through our links. It is a promotional reward. It is not income, a salary or an investment return. You can lose far more by trading than any reward pays. Never trade to earn a reward.

Levels.

Volume is in US dollars. You earn the reward for the highest level you reach in a month. The paid member reward applies to months in which your paid community membership is active.

How volume is measured. It is the trading volume the exchange reports to us for your account through our link, for each calendar month in UTC. Only volume the exchange confirms counts.

Payment. We pay rewards after each month ends, once the exchange has confirmed your volume. We tell you how and when you'll be paid when you qualify.

What earns nothing. No reward is earned for:

• wash trading, self-dealing or trades between linked accounts;
• market manipulation, or bots designed to inflate volume;
• multiple accounts;
• breaking the exchange's rules.

We may withhold or reclaim rewards earned that way, and remove you from the Reward Board.

Changes and ending. We may change or end the Reward Board with at least 30 days' notice. Rewards already earned for a completed month are still paid.

Tax. You are responsible for any tax on your rewards.

5. Free community access through a partner exchange

• How: open an account on BTCC, Bitunix or Phemex through our link, hold at least USD 100 in it, and send us your exchange UID. We check it through the exchange, or by hand, and invite you to the free tier of our community.
• Who: people aged 18 or over who don't live in a restricted country (Terms of Service, section 10).
• Your money: it stays in your own exchange account. We never hold it. Only deposit what you can afford to lose.
• Each UID can be used once. We may refuse or withdraw access if the rules aren't met.

6. Future giveaways

Every giveaway will state:

• the promoter, Kyren Cater Consultancy F.Z.E;
• who can enter, including the age limit and any excluded countries;
• the start and end dates and times, with the time zone;
• how to enter, and any limit per person;
• the prize, its value, and whether it can be exchanged;
• how winners are chosen and when;
• how and when winners are told, and prizes delivered;
• what we do with entrants' information (see /legal/privacy).

No purchase will be required unless the law allows it and we say so. We don't offer crypto or exchange products as prizes where marketing them is restricted.
