Acceptable use and community guidelines

Applies to: everyone using our website, the Terminal, the AI tools and the No BS Crypto community on Circle.

Be useful and honest

Share analysis, questions and experience. Disagree with ideas, not people.

Not allowed

Pumps and manipulation: coordinating buying or selling, pump-and-dump calls, spoofing, or promoting a token you're paid to promote without saying so.
Rumours and false market news: posting or forwarding claims about markets, companies, regulators or economies that you know or suspect are false, or that you haven't checked. Give sources for market-moving claims.
Selling signals or advice: selling signals, copy-trading or account management, or "DM me for returns".
Scams: phishing links, fake giveaways, requests for seed phrases, private keys or API keys, or "send crypto to get more back".
Spam: repeated posts, unsolicited messages, or referral or affiliate links other than ours.
Impersonation: pretending to be Kyren, a moderator, a partner or anyone else.
Harm: harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, or sharing other people's personal information.
Illegal content, or content that breaks UAE law or the law where you live.
Abuse of our services: scraping, reselling data, sharing accounts, getting round Pro limits, attacking our systems, or using AI tools to create any of the above.

Kyren and the team will never

Message you first asking for money, crypto, keys or codes. They will never promise returns, or ask you to send crypto anywhere. If someone does, it's a scam. Report it.

Moderation

We may remove content, and mute, suspend or remove members who break these rules. We act in proportion to what happened. Where it's safe to, we tell you what we did and why, and you can ask us to review it at support@nobscrypto.com.au.

We may report illegal content, such as fraud, to the authorities.

Reporting

Use Circle's report button, or email support@nobscrypto.com.au with a link and a short description. We aim to review reports within 2 business days. Scam and impersonation reports come first.
